This is a fork of  but with up-to-date CI runs and test coverage for PHP 7.0 -> 8.2

PHP `getallheaders()` polyfill. Compatible with PHP >= 5.3. Tested with >=7.0

This is a simple polyfill for [`getallheaders()`](http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.getallheaders.php).
