The Magento 2 Shipping Rules extension allows store owners to modify shipping costs based on specific criteria, enabling the creation of custom shipping rules tailored to various product conditions and cart attributes, and adjusting the shipping rates set by carriers.

Key features of Magento 2 Shipping Rules extension:

- Custom shipping rules based on product conditions, shipping address details, and cart and customer attributes
