Summary

Compile a set of [RIML](https://github.com/supernovus/riml.php)files into a set of route definitions usable by [lum-router](https://github.com/supernovus/lum.router.php).

Can also save the route definitions as JSON configuration files, and list the currently defined routes via a CLI script.
