This API, part of [Lucinda Framework 2.0](http://www.lucinda-framework.com), allows developers to increase page load speed dramatically by adding [HTTP caching](http://www.lucinda-framework.com/blog/how-does-http-caching-work) abilities to their applications, which makes possible to use header-based negociation in whether or not to download content.
