Hounslow Agresso Finance File Export

This library is based on the [v5.5 Agresso Format](docs/Agresso-5-5-Format.xlsx).

It is used by [London Borough of Hounslow](https://www.hounslow.gov.uk) to export **journal.dat** files that are compatible with the [Agresso ERP/Finance platform](https://erpst.com/agresso/).
