Cursor pagination for [Laravel JSON:API](https://laraveljsonapi.io) packages.

This cursor implementation pre-dates Laravel's cursor pagination implementation. It matches the cursor pagination implementation in the legacy package [cloudcreativity/laravel-json-api](https://github.com/cloudcreativity/laravel-json-api).
