UI Builder helpers for Jaxon custom attributes

This package extends the [HTML UI builder](https://github.com/lagdo/ui-builder) with functions for Jaxon custom attributes.

After the package is installed, the following helpers will be available.

### `jxnShow`: attach a component to a DOM node
