Author `kryptoboersen`, plugin `converter` → namespace `Kryptoboersen\Converter`. Registers a `{% component 'cryptoConverter' %}` component that renders the converter partial and attaches `assets/css/kbcc.css` + `assets/js/kbcc.js`. Rates are fetched client-side; nothing is stored server-side.
