Starting a Kompo dev environment with Laravel & Vue scaffolding

This is a fresh installation of Laravel that comes with Kompo prebuilt and Vue.js Front-end scaffolding.

To start coding, simply run:

```
composer create-project --prefer-dist kompo/laravel-vue-starter {blog}

```

Replace **{blog}** with your desired ROOT folder name.
