Installation

It's recommended that you use [Composer](https://getcomposer.org/) to install Vanilla.

```
$ composer create-project kaiyuan-finance/vanilla blog
```

This will install Vanilla and all required dependencies. Vanilla requires PHP 7.1.3 or newer.

Usage

$ php -S localhost:8000
```
