Simplified access to the TCPDF PHP class for the Symfony framework, with helpers for the Swiss QR-bill.

Successor to [jonasarts/tcpdf-bundle](https://github.com/jonasarts/tcpdf-bundle), which stays on the legacy `tecnickcom/tcpdf` 6.x engine. This bundle is the migration target for [`tecnickcom/tc-lib-pdf`](https://github.com/tecnickcom/tc-lib-pdf), the modern successor of TCPDF. The PHP namespace is unchanged (`jonasarts\Bundle\TCPDFBundle\`), so the two packages cannot be installed side by side. Coming from `tcpdf-bundle`? See [UPGRADE.md](UPGRADE.md).
