Secret resolver contract for transparent decryption of encrypted configuration values. Implement this interface to support any encryption algorithm — the resolver chain picks the right one automatically via `supports()`. Your application code never needs to know which algorithm was used.

`JardisPort\Secret\SecretResolverInterface`

A two-method contract that enables chain-of-responsibility decryption. Multiple resolvers can coexist — each declares what it handles, and the first matching resolver wins.

MethodSignatureDescription`supports``supports(string $encryptedValue): bool`Returns `true` if this resolver can handle the given value (e.g. by checking a prefix like `aes:` or `sodium:`).`resolve``resolve(string $encryptedValue): string`Decrypts and returns the plaintext value. Throws `SecretResolutionException` on failure.### Exceptions
