This is *ninja-forms-parameter*. A [Wordpress](https://wordpress.com/) plugin and [Ninja Forms](https://ninjaforms.com/) add-on which allows you to pass a merge tag to a form in the shortcode.

Usage

### Merge Tags

- Navigate to editing a Form 1
    - Go to **Fields**, *Edit*, *Advanced*, *Default*, and click on the Merge Tags icon
    - Select *Parameter* and change the "YOUR\_KEY" to a key you will use (e.g. lead\_source)

### Short Codes

- Navigate to editing a Page
    - Add ShortCode *\[ninja-forms-parameter YOUR\_KEY="Your Value"\]* (e.g. \[ninja-forms-parameter lead\_source="Web Site"\])
