Adds menu to display users by domain and the most common domains registered.

Adds ability to delete users in bulk and by email domain.

Installation
------------

1. If you have a previous version of the Bulk User Admin plugin installed, first remove the old plugin folder from your mod directory before copying/extracting the new version to your server,
2. Copy the bulk\_user\_admin folder in the mod folder of your Elgg installation,
3. Enable the plugin in the admin section of your site.
