ResqueStatus is an API to save a php-resque worker settings in Redis.

It's used by [CakeResque](http://cakeresque.kamisama.me/), [Fresque](https://github.com/kamisama/Fresque) and [ResqueBoard](http://resqueboard.kamisama.me/) to restart, stop, pause and resume workers.
