This Package contains files used for configuring the wordpress boilerplate on bluemix

- mu-plugins - Contains two scripts that show warnings to user when trying to install plugins and themes through wordpress (all plugins must be added with composer)
- .user.ini - overides file upload size limits
- wp-config.php - contains all vcap service connection variables and wordpress configuration settings
