Usage

- Khởi tạo đối tượng với đầu vào là path local đến file hoặc 1 đường link web, cũng có thể là source/resource.

- Phát hiện format của file ảnh

```

- Kiểm tra file ảnh có thuộc định dạng mong muốn không
