Extension ics\_awstats for TYPO3 v6.2 and higher

This is an updated version of the ics\_awstats extension version 0.6.2, made to be compatible with TYPO3 v6.2.x and 7.6.x (maybe also higher, but not tested yet.)

This version also requires extension retrostats for writing the actual logfile.
