Fixes a scenario when using [WP Multi Network](https://sv.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-multi-network/) plugin and creating new blogs and networks.
The pluign adds the neccesary /wp path on site\_url options and keeps the desired upload\_path and upload\_url\_path.
