Composer Installer for Process Wire

Using this installer, all [Composer](https://getcomposer.org) packages of `"type" : "pw-module"`and package of name `vendor/package-name` will be installed under `site/modules/PackageName`.

This is very specific to [ProcessWire](http://processwire.com/).
