Kohana 3.3 Ajax request handler with graceful fall back

*Currently Alpha* - Useable but not fully documented

Aims to standardise how you build your ajax response in Kohana and how it's handled on the client-side (jQuery plugin provided).

**Don't forget to copy public/js/req.js to your root dir**
