Follow these steps to create a new project using the **HALT Stack Starter Kit**:

1. **Create a new project:** Use Composer to create a new project using the HALT Stack Starter Kit. Run the following command in your terminal:

composer create-project halt-stack/starter-kit example-app
```

2. **Navigate to your new project:** Change your current directory to the new project you just created:

```
cd example-app
```

3. **Run the build process:** Use npm to run the build process:

```
npm run dev
```

4. **Start the development server:** Use Laravel's Artisan CLI to start your local development server:

```
php artisan serve
```
