As of Magento v2.4.8, the `id` of a customer address in available natively via the [`id`](https://github.com/magento/magento2/blob/2.4.8/app/code/Magento/QuoteGraphQl/etc/schema.graphqls#L297) property of the `CartAddressInterface`. As such, this package is archived.
