Adds a button in the Contao file manager to allow the cropping of images.

Features:

- Crop, rotate and flip images
- Create predefined image sizes in the Contao backend settings

This extension uses Fengyuan Chen's JavaScript library [Cropper.js](https://fengyuanchen.github.io/cropperjs/).
