Geocode Earth is powered by [Pelias](https://github.com/geocoder-php/Geocoder/tree/master/src/Provider/Pelias).

The Geocode Earth team are maintainers of [Pelias](https://github.com/pelias/pelias) who make it available to download free of charge and open source for anyone who would prefer to [host it themselves](https://github.com/pelias/docker).

The service returns [open data](https://geocode.earth/sources), this means you are free to permanently store search results and use the service to enrich your own database.
