Abandoned

As it is no longer possible to maintain this package it has been deprecated and abandoned. With PSR 16 (and PSR 6) approved multiple great caching libaries have been published including some with mocking and testing options. With these good alternatives avaiable this package is no longer needed. This package will be removed soon.
