Compatibility module for Kick Assets and GridFieldBulkEditingTools

This module simply adds an extension to [GridFieldBulkEditing](https://github.com/colymba/GridFieldBulkEditingTools#bulk-upload) to prevent 404 error messages when in admin after installing [Kick Assets 3](https://github.com/unclecheese/silverstripe-kickassets).
