\#Simple Widgeting System For Bespoke CMSs

PLEASE NOTE: This is a very early commit and very much a work in progress.

Widgetron provides content widget functionality to applications such as bespoke content management systems.

Currently an html implementation is available which takes advantage of DOMDocument to parse and serialise given content.
