OIDplus CDN Proxy Plugin

Frdlweb.js and CDN-Proxy Plugin for OIDplus.

- Optionally include and configure the Frdlweb.js framework for your OIDplus
- Include a cached proxy to a configurable CDN (default: cdn.startdir.de) for npm/assets on your local OIDplus instance
