Cloudfront cache management based on C3 Cloudfront Cache Controller by AMIMOTO and WP Offload S3 Lite by Delicious Brains

set `define('DISTRIBUTION_ID', 'XXXX')` in wp-config.php

Otherwise install just like any other plugin
