- 実行環境のPHPバージョンは 7.4 でも 8.0 のアプリケーションが作れるようにしたい
- 実行環境のPHPバージョンは 8.0 でも 7.4 のアプリケーションが作れるようにしたい

BEAR.Skeleton方式だと実行環境依存なので、実行環境は8.0に固定したいため上記対応が難しいので見送った
