Adds product categories to Flamarkt

Warning: the extension is designed to ultimately support any amount of category nesting, but currently only one level is fully implemented. Support for 2 levels should work in most places. 3+ levels will likely lead to errors.

The extension will not stop you from creating loops in the category tree, but this will likely crash some pages.
