FastFrame SimpleCache Utilities

Provides `Blackhole` and `Memory` based SimpleCache implementations.

- `Blackhole` is useful for when you don't care about caching, but need to provide an instance.
- `Memory` is useful during tests when you need a cache but not a full caching system.
