DiamanteDesk Interation allows Magento powered store customers create tickets directly from their accounts.

Helpful features:

- Customer can attach files and add comments to their tickets.
- Tickets can be creation for specific orders.
- Contact Form widget.
- No-fuss usage due to effective default settings.
