Shopware 6 Total Qty In Cart Rule

This plugin adds a rule to the Rule Builder for the cart scope that allows you to set rules using a "total qty in cart" rule.

It adds up the total quantity of all good line items in the cart.

For example, this rule will apply to this cart since 50 + 11 = 61, which is >= 60.
