Provides a library to communicate with the Flanders Basic Registers ([Vlaanderen Basisregisters](https://overheid.vlaanderen.be/producten-diensten/gebouwen-adressenregister)) API. This api contains information about addresses and buildings in Flanders (Belgium).

It also contains the value objects wrapping the returned data.
