composer require nyos/msg

$text - текст оповещения ( будет отправлен домен с какого пришло оповещение и далее указанный текст )

$to\_id - номер пользователя в телеграмме ( получать его пользователям у бота @userinfobot )

$secret - секрет ) если вдруг нужен будет, пишите звоните расскажу что такое

$token\_bot - токен полученный в телеграмме

Пример отправки `\nyos\Msg::sendTelegramm( string $text, $to_id = null, $secret = null, $token_bot = null );`
