PHP library based on [Symfony Validator Component](https://symfony.com/doc/master/components/validator.html) to validate various medical identification numbers used in Poland.

Only algorithmical validation mostly based on a check digit. It does not query official medical registries to fetch any data or if a record (ID) exists at all.
