Generic interfaces and classes for adding API key-based authentication to `cultuurnet/udb3-silex` and `cultuurnet/udb3-search-service`.

Includes `CultureFeed` implementations that can be used to validate API keys in UiTID v1 if the `cultuurnet/culturefeed-php` package is installed as well.
