How to conditionally render the 'How did we do' form? ( the emoji one )

- Go to Structure → Block layout, and Place Block (can go anywhere they want, probably Content or Below Content)
- Choose the Webform block, `fix_it_survey`
- In the block configuration form, open the `Visibility` section, then use: Pages, Set to “Show for the listed pages”

Use these with Show on these paths:
