The **Ignis** plugin accelerates AI-assisted CakePHP development with composable guidelines, on-demand agent skills, and an MCP server for live application context.

Ignis installs agent guideline and skill files for tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, discovers package-scoped skills from installed plugins and skill packs, and exposes MCP tools for schema, routes, config, logs, and tinker. Optional path-scoped rules (`Ignis.rules.scoped_guidelines`) extract guideline `@scoped` blocks into managed `.ai/rules` for editors that support them.
