1. Upload to your magentoFolder/app/code
2. Run bin/magento setup:upgrade
3. Run bin/magento setup:di:compile
4. Run bin/magento cache:clean

Setup
=====

1. Go to the CoolRunner navigation
2. Use the informations from CoolRunner.dk (first save might take som minutes, because your CoolRunner products is saved local)
3. Go to store settings > Shipping methods > there you will see all the carriers with "CoolRunner: XXXXX"
4. Setup the wanted products with prices.
5. Setup price rules.
