Database Library
================

[](#database-library)

Controller
----------

[](#controller)

Extends PDO class.

#### Function q($query, $args, &$stmt)

[](#function-qquery-args-stmt)

Executes `pdo->prepare()`, `pdo->execute()` and `pdo->fetch()` all at once.

#### Function import($pathToSqlFile)

[](#function-importpathtosqlfile)

Imports a `.sql` file to the database.

#### Function dumb()

[](#function-dumb)

Requires a constant `DATABASE_DUMP_PATH` with a path where all the dump files will be stored.

Maintenance
-----------

[](#maintenance)

Requires a `settings` table with 2 columns, example:

```
CREATE TABLE `settings` (
 `key` varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL,
 `value` varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;
INSERT INTO `settings` VALUES ('database_version', '1');
```

Requires a constant `DATABASE_UPDATE_FOLDER` with a path where all `.sql` and `.php` files will be stored and used to keep the database updated.

Query
-----

[](#query)

Extends Controller class.

Top contributor holds 100% of commits — single point of failure

How is this calculated?**Maintenance (25%)** — Last commit recency, latest release date, and issue-to-star ratio. Uses a 2-year decay window.

**Popularity (30%)** — Total and monthly downloads, GitHub stars, and forks. Logarithmic scaling prevents top-heavy scores.

**Community (15%)** — Contributors, dependents, forks, watchers, and maintainers. Measures real ecosystem engagement.

**Maturity (30%)** — Project age, version count, PHP version support, and release stability.
