PHP函数库，于2018年10月基本成型，以代码片段方式发布（私有）。
2019年6月29日，正式决定composer化。
2019年7月1日建成，并发布1.0.0版本。
2019年7月19日，添加tc\_array\_slc、tc\_req\_ism、tc\_req\_iswx函数，移除tc\_array\_select、tc\_mreq函数，重写tc\_gip函数，并发布2.0.0版本。
2020年5月3日，调整目录结构，移除tc\_array\_vls、tc\_gdt函数，优化tc\_str\_edw等函数，拓展了tc\_gurl函数功能，并发布3.0.0版本。
