PHP函数库。
其实以前建立过自用的函数库tc\_func，但由于tc\_func是面向过程加载autoload.php文件的，所以这回想写个面向对象的，以方便今后的框架1调用。
2021年9月2日，本仓库正式建立，开始了新的征程。（之前的tc\_func仓库代码不再维护，相应的composer包亦停止更新）
2021年9月6日，发布0.0.1版本。
