- libcurl >= 7.65

`libcurl` could be installed by package manager, such as [Homebrew](https://homebrew.sh).

### For Windows User

1. Download `curl-win64.zip` (or `curl-win32.zip` for x86) from .
2. Unzip the archive.
3. Put `bin/libcurl-x64.dll` (or `bin/libcurl-x86.dll`) into `C:\Windows\system32`.
