Plugin for [Sismo](http://sismo.sensiolabs.org/), brings the ability to generate a configuration file (config.php) based on .travis.yml or .sismo.yml

The project was initiated by [@fightmaster](https://github.com/fightmaster). It is developed into php course by [@bstrx](https://github.com/bstrx), [@bakulinav](https://github.com/bakulinav), [@dashaezhova](https://github.com/dashaezhova).
