This package provides an implementation of the PSR-7 URI and stream interfaces using the packages [binsoul/net](https://github.com/binsoul/net) and [binsoul/io-stream](https://github.com/binsoul/io-stream).

Additionally it defines an interface UriFactory and an interface StreamFactory and provides default implementations.
