Allows users to create custom tabs of activity based on groups and access collections

Plugin should reside at mod/mt\_activity\_tabs

Note that parts of the plugin (the main directory for instance) is preserved as mt\_activity\_tabs to maintain back compatibility when upgrading from 1.7
