AU Group Notices
================

Allows group owners to add a persistent notice to a group. Free-text format so can contain anything an Elgg richtext field can save. Notices can be positioned at the top, bottom, or side of the page. This plugin is by Jon Dron and is written for and on behalf of Athabasca University
